ENDGAME: Left-Wing Extremists Attempt To Hijack NIC With New Legislation — Dems & RINOs Try To Oust Trustees By Changing Law

Leaked audio from the Kootenai Democrats’ “Hijacking Democracy” conference revealed the “Hardcore Tactics” they plan to use against Conservatives in the coming weeks and months.
We previously reported the Democrats’ plan to doxx, boycott, intimidate and threaten North Idaho College Trustees Todd Banducci, Greg McKenzie and Mike Waggoner, but that just begins to scratch the surface of the lengths these left-wing extremists are willing to go to overturn a free and fair election.
At the February 25th conference, Dr. David Adler, the president of the Sun Valley Institute who moderated the Democrat conference said “we are not going to abide by the law.” But that doesn’t mean that these left-wing radicals aren’t going to attempt change the laws too.
During the meeting, former NIC Trustee Christie Wood, let her audience in on one of the “strategies” that she plans on employing to fight the duly elected Conservative board, and rip the college away from our community.
Wood, who is a sitting Coeur d’Alene City Council member, and the president of the far-left non-profit, the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations, started her assault on our beloved community college in earnest on March 12, 2021. Wood’s non-profit organization, in direct violation of North Idaho College’s policies, wrote a letter of complaint to the college’s accrediting agency, the North West Commission on Colleges and Universities or NWCCU.
The letter, and a few phone calls to the agencies president, Dr. Sonny Ramswamy, triggered sanctions against NIC, and set the college on a course to lose accreditation.
Since the Liberals can’t have it, they apparently decided they would rather burn it down, rather than allow the college to fall into Conservative hands.
Wood was banking on the CDA Press’ ability to spin the narrative, in conjunction with Christa Hazel, the founder of Save NIC and Friends of NIC, who led a deceptive election campaign designed to trick conservatives into voting for liberal candidates.
Hazel’s “Friends of NIC” group purchased billboards that said “Vote Conservative” but deceptively listed the liberal candidates’ names. Meanwhile, a fake Republican Group, organized by the father of CDA Arts Commission vice-chair, and well known pyromaniac Jennifer Drake, sent out misleading mailers pretending to be from the official Republican Party.
In spite of all these underhanded tactics, the Conservatives still secured a majority on the board.
Now, as a last ditch effort to overturn the election, Christie Wood revealed at the “Hijacking Democracy” conference, that new legislation was about to be introduced to change the laws governing the college. Wood told the crowd that “there is some effort, hopefully with this session” to “create some legislation that's a ‘rescue clause” that would give control of North Idaho College, or any college under sanction from the NWCCU, to the “Idaho State Board of Education until” the “situation was remedied.” Wood said bluntly that “it's really all […] about power and control.”
Right on cue, “Republican” Representatives Lori McCann, Britt Raybould, and Jack Nelsen introduced HB 226, otherwise known as the Hijack NIC Act (our name, not theirs).
Rep. Jack Nelsen, one of the bills co-sponsors, is most widely known for his ridiculous remarks earlier in the legislative session comparing women to cows.
Liberals outlets like the Huffington Post jumped on these brain-dead remarks immediately to demonize actual Conservatives in the legislature, and Republicans nationwide. Nelsen also recently introduced weak legislation to rival Rep. Jaron Crane’s library bill that would allow parents to sue libraries if their children are exposed to pornographic content. Nelsen’s toothless bill, in contrast, has been endorsed by the far-left @sslibfriends account that recently joined D-List Boise TV Host Brian Holmes in attacking Anna Miller.
Jack Nelsen is not a Conservative.
Another of the co-sponsors is Britt Raybould, an un-married 43 year old woman who looks like she’s made of plastic.
Raybould has spent the last several weeks shilling for the World Economic Forum connected “Critical Infrastructure” bill that would pave the way for “Climate Lockdowns” and “could be used as a guise to justify the federal takeover of critical infrastructure in any pandemic.”
Last, but certainly not least is Rep. Lori McCann, who actually introduced the bill to the House Education Committee early Monday Morning.
McCann was backed by the far-left Idaho Education Association during her campaign.
She also skipped town when Governor Little locked down the state, fleeing to the Virgin Islands where she was able to sip margaritas on the beach while people had their businesses shut down.

Definitely not a conservative.
So, how is it that these “Three Stooges,” to borrow a term used by Dan Gookin this past weekend, came to be the sponsors of Christie Wood’s NIC bill?
Well, we have an idea, but we aren’t quite ready to publish yet.
The bill, if passed, would immediately place North Idaho College directly in the hands of the very liberal Idaho State Board of Education. Does this remind you of something?
It reminds us of the time that Christie Wood and Ken Howard resigned from their posts as NIC Trustees in order to allow the State Board of Education to appoint three liberal trustees to the board. The liberal trustees that had the backing of Wood, Gookin, Hazel, Jennifer Drake and the fake North Idaho Republicans.
These illegitimate liberal trustees who were not elected by the people, permanently hired Nick Swayne to be NIC’s president without the consent of the governed.
You know what this sounds like? It sounds like how you would go about “Hijacking Democracy.”
In the meantime, write to your representatives. Alert them to the dangers this bill would pose to our beloved community college. Tell them that We the People spoke at the polls this past November, and the People want you to throw that bill in the trash.
We have 5 trustees on the board that were elected by the People. We don’t need state-appointed Commissars. Let them do the job we hired them to do.
