Post Falls Police Arrest Satanist After Hours Long Standoff With Police/SWAT — James “Hollywood” Drapeau In Custody on Probation Violation — Investigation Ongoing
(Post Falls, Idaho) – Police sirens have been in the air almost every day for the past week. With growth, and especially high-density housing, comes change, and it’s almost never for the better.
On May 15th, 2023 at approximately 6:20 PM Post Falls Police Communications received an emergency call from a resident in the 300 block of Spencer Ave in an apartment. The information from the caller stated they were witnessing a physical fight between a male and female.

When Post Falls Police patrol units arrived on scene & were approaching the apartment, Officers heard a gunshot believed to have come from the apartment. Officers immediately secured the perimeter around the apartment. Neighboring residents were evacuated from their apartments for their safety.
Post Falls Police Special Response Team (SRT) were called to the scene along with the Kootenai County Sheriff Joint SWAT team due to a possible hostage situation. Once the teams were in place and neighboring residents evacuated, Kootenai County negotiators were able to get the occupants of that apartment to surrender.
According to North Idaho News, Police arrested James Terrin Drapeau for probation violation and resisting arrest.
He is being held in the Kootenai County Jail without bond, as this is a probation violation.
According to images shared on Drapeau’s Facebook, he is an avowed satanist.
Drapeau is also a graduate of North Idaho College… Makes you wonder what they’re teaching kids there these days…
Drapeau appears to be married, and has a son.
