Janice McGeachin Declares Idaho a “Safe Haven” for Bitcoin — Voters Respond Positively to the News

Idaho candidate for governor, Janice McGeachin, has declared that once elected, Idaho will be a safe haven for the cryptocurrency Bitcoin.

The announcement was quickly followed by thousands of voters declaring their support for the candidate, as the popularity of cryptocurrency, coupled with an unsympathetic federal government, threatens small investors in the states of Idaho.

As federal regulation continues to harass the cryptocurrency world, many states have begun to declare themselves a home for development in the digital world of online currency, with Idaho throwing it’s hat in the ring of states with a bright future in digital finance.
