How Agenda 21 Was Implemented In The United States

There has been much written about various groups that have contributed to the demise of the United States, and globalism, such as the Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg Group, Brundtland Commission, and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). These groups are all interconnected with each other.

Also, many Idahoans are familiar with terms such as Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, and the Great Reset. These too are all connected with each other and the above groups. Most probably feel they have a good understanding of what these agendas are about. But it is worth taking a deeper look into just how this began and how deep it goes into America’s destruction.

Putting aside the background on the groups, all of which played a major role in the development of the agendas, the focus here will be how Agenda 21 was implemented in the United States. The fault lies on both sides of the aisle as both Democrats and Republicans are responsible for implementing, and advancing, all of them.

As many may know, following a meeting at Rio de Janeiro in 1992, then President G.H.W. Bush signed the Rio Declaration, deceitfully calling it a “climate convention”. The document references “sustainable development” (SD), which is the term used for Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 has 40 chapters that are horrifically boring. Given that this is 31 years old, it is not the current document to be studying. It basically provided guidance on the framework that countries should put in place for the transformations that were to come. And the United States did just that.

In 1993, President WJ Clinton signed EO 12852, creating his President's Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD). This effectively bought in corporations, non-governmental organizations (NGO), and Tribes to sit at federal government tables to make decisions, effectively stripping representation of the people. With the help of corporations, NGOs and Tribes, the assigned goal was to insert SD into every piece of legislation. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was one of the first to implement Agenda 21 and continues to do so today.

Here is President Clinton introducing Agenda 21 to America. Vice President at the time, Al Gore even admits the intent to “transform our government” at the 3:20 mark.

Chapter 27 describes how NGOs should be strengthened and since Agenda 21 was implemented, NGOs have played an active role in federal legislation. That is why NGOs have become so powerful. Most legislation dictates consultation with NGOs.

The strengthening of business and industry is described in Chapter 30.

It is critical to understand that Agenda 21 set the stage for the fusion of corporations and government, which Agenda 21 promoted with public-private partnerships, or PPP, and the PCSD set the stage for it.

As can be seen, this was a transparent government, informing America of its plan to forever transform how our Republic operated. Granted, it was presented in a disguised way, but we were informed none the less.

It has never been about the environment; it has always been about transforming the economy, ending capitalism and paving the path towards “stakeholder capitalism”. This new model moves away from creating profits for shareholders and shifts it to an environment, social, and governance model, known as ESG. As described in this article, ESG shifts the economic model from bottom up as our Republic was designed, to top down. It also requires corporate and government control over all production and consumption, and resources.

This is precisely why the world is seeing so many crises, some fabricated. The plan is to justify a new economic model, and governance.

Agenda 2030 will be discussed next.

“Precisely at the time where one king arises to pillage our possessions and destroy us, another shall arise to protect and save us...This an important lesson for future generations.” That new king is the United Nations and the World Economic Forum for a corporate run world.
