Christie Wood has resigned from the NIC just days after a viral video posted online showed the councilwoman denouncing local Christian mothers for protesting Abby Light, a controversial newly appointed Arts Council appointee.
Christie, who is a self-proclaimed Republican, has consistently come under fire for ‘leaving conservatism a the door’ when presiding over Coeur d’Alene City Council.
